Votalast is developed and operated by JAHDA, including JAHDA Global and any other trade names, business names, entities, affiliates, successors, or assigns operating under or associated with the JAHDA or JAHDA Global name (collectively, "JAHDA," "we," "us," or "our"). To operate the Software, you may provide:

For license verification purposes only, the Software automatically collects a one-way cryptographic fingerprint of your device (derived from hardware identifiers such as CPU model, hostname, and platform). This fingerprint:
The Software maintains a local log of job applications submitted on your behalf (company name, job title, date, status). This data is stored exclusively on your local device and is never transmitted to JAHDA.
Your personal information, credentials, resume, profile settings, and application history are stored exclusively on your local device in the Software's data directory. JAHDA does not have remote access to this data.
Our license verification server stores the following limited data associated with your purchase: your license key identifier, your email address and name as provided to our payment processor (Stripe) at checkout, your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the cryptographic hash of your device fingerprint, activation timestamp, and license status. This data is stored in an encrypted database on our license server and is used solely to administer your license. Your passwords, resume, cover letter, job preferences, and application history are never transmitted to or stored on our license server.
We implement commercially reasonable technical measures to protect the data processed by the Software, including encrypted communications for license checks. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your own device and for keeping your license key confidential.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
We will never sell your personal data to data brokers, advertisers, or any commercial third party.
The Software automates interactions with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever). When you use the Software to interact with these platforms:

The Software is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, including in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you acknowledge that your limited license verification data will be processed in the United States.
For EEA and UK users: To the extent GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing your device fingerprint is the legitimate interest of enforcing our license agreement and protecting our intellectual property.
JAHDA reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
